  • Financial Consulting: Strategic financial planning, business advisory services, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and business structure consultation.

The specific scope of services provided will be determined based on individual client engagement agreements and the particular needs of each client.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms of Service and use our services.

You agree not to use our services for any of the following purposes:

THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY ADVOCATE CPA LLC ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or completeness of results

Advocate CPA LLC does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, tax savings, or audit results. The results of our services depend on numerous factors, including the accuracy of information provided, changes in tax law, and circumstances specific to each client.

We make no warranty that our services will meet your specific requirements, that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material provided by us will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Limitations

Advocate CPA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

8.2 Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Advocate CPA LLC for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Advocate CPA LLC for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of services:

  • You must pay all outstanding fees for services rendered
  • We will return or destroy your documents as required by professional standards and applicable law
  • Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Governing Law

12.1 Applicable Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or the services provided shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, United States. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to the venue of such courts.

12.3 Waiver
